LOCATION:     Canton, Illinois
PAY RATE:      $54 to $70 per hour

Position Summary
As a Psychologist in our facility, you’ll do more than provide therapy—you’ll shape treatment plans, lead interventions, supervise mental health professionals, and collaborate across disciplines. You’ll assess and diagnose mental health conditions, respond to crisis situations, conduct individual and group therapy, and consult with staff to improve patient outcomes and ensure quality care. From screenings to supervision, discharge planning to staff training—you’ll be at the core of meaningful, rehabilitative care.

What You’ll Need

  • Active, unrestricted licensure as a Clinical Psychologist in the state of practice.
  • 1–2 years of clinical experience (correctional or forensic setting preferred)
  • Active CPR certification–Accepted:
    • American Red Cross
    • American Heart Association
  • Strong psychological assessment and diagnostic skills
  • Experience in crisis intervention, therapy modalities, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
  • A calm, compassionate, and solution-focused mindset in challenging settings
